How do I change a .mov video file to something that works with Windows Movie Maker?
- Asked By: marissajoy713

Windows movie maker only accepts files .asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv, and I don’t know how to change a .mov file to any of those. Can someone help me out? I don’t want to pay for any software, so if there’s a way to do it with out that… that would be great!

There is an easy way, you can try RZ Video Converter, it can convert any videos and audios from one format to antother format, such as .mov to .wmv, .mov to .mpg, etc.
You can convert your mov videos to wmv(wmv2) or mpg(mpeg-2) with RZ Video Converter, then you can import it to WMM.

look for a .mov to mpeg converter on Google. Preferably a freeware program.
